You can't want a career you've never seen. So we skip the brochure and bring the real thing: the robot mid-race, the data center humming, the 3D printer laying down its first layer.

One credential can move a whole family. That's why career training for fathers sits at the center of everything we run.

No community is a monolith. The more viewpoints in the room, the fuller the picture, and the further everyone sees.

We help fellow nonprofits power up, too.
So many organizations are doing heroic work with tools that hold them back. So we roll up our sleeves and help. We get fellow nonprofits onto modern platforms, tighten up their tech, build small custom tools, and put AI to work so every limited dollar stretches further. We're not selling anything. We're joining forces. When one organization levels up, every family it serves rises with it.

Forever Forward is founded
TJ Wilform launches a 501(c)(3) in Los Angeles with a simple bet: start with what you know, build forward from there.
The first fathers walk through the door
The inaugural Father Forward cohort begins: career training, leadership coaching, and a community that shows up.
Making Moments takes off
Movies on the Menu dinner-and-a-movie nights bring fathers and kids together. Joy, officially on the program.
Travis joins the team
Our AI mentor goes live, giving every participant 24/7 support, study help, and a straight line to real resources.
Future Builders expands
Robotics, 3D printing, AI, and satellite tracking land in young hands across Greater LA, and virtually, nationwide.

Our Founder
Forever Forward was founded in 2023 by Thomas “TJ” Wilform, a father from Compton who built data centers for a living. He watched how one close look at what’s possible can redirect a whole life, so he started with what he knew and built forward from there. We’ve been making those introductions ever since, one family at a time.
